Our philosophy is to always make things right and we understand that you may need to return a product due to fit or change of heart. To ensure that we have you covered, Caswell Bootmakers offers a full 15-day money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. All items must be unworn, in original condition, and sent back to us in original packaging. The customer has the option to exchange their product, receive a monetary refund within 30 days, or receive store credit in the form of a virtual gift card.
 
When trying out your order at home, we advise that you test the shoes on a non-abrasive surface to make sure that the sole is not damaged. Given that we are a small business, Caswell Bootmakers is not able to accept returns on items that are not in the original received condition. Please note that items that are returned in a damaged condition, will be either returned to the sender or incur a restocking fee of up to 5% of the total order. 
 
All return shipping charges outside of exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Caswell Bootmakers does not provide a refund for original shipping costs. All Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
